1. Books packed by master carton box

2. Carton box wrapped by shrink film with pallets

Shipping

For small quantity, we can choose express companies to ship them. UPS, FedEx, TNT, DHL.

 

For mass production, it is convenient too. Hangzhou is close to port Shanghai and Ningbo.

2. What's the order process?

• Inquiry: provide detailed specification such as book’s size, page numbers, paper material, printing color, surface finishing, binding, quantity, etc.
• Quotation

• Artwork file: PDF, AI, Indesign file with at least 300dpi resolution
• Sample proofs before order: digital proofs or finished product sample

• Deposit: 30% deposit before production
• Balance: 70% balance payment before shipping.

• Shipping: by sea, by air / express courier or as per your requirement

• After sales services

 

3. What is your terms of delivery?

We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP, etc. We can ship the items with the way you required.

 

4. What is the turnaround time?

After sample fee and artworks received, the sample proofs will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. 

The samples will be delivered via express in 3-5 workdays. 

 

For mass production, it depends on the order quantity, normally it takes 7-15 workdays.
